Created on 01/20/2015, CAJOU DU CENTER was approved as a free zone company by decree NF21 n°268 Vol2/15. CAJOU DU CENTER is an agro-industrial complex for the production and processing of cashew nuts located in Sokodé. The Company owns a 553 hectare cashew plantation on an estate with a total area of 1835 ha. CAJOU DU CENTER also has a factory for processing cashew nuts into cashew kernels with a capacity of 9,000 tonnes of raw nuts or 1,800 tonnes of cashew kernels per year. Its various value chains employ 500 people, 90% of whom are women. Committed to the quality approach since its creation, in particular through the layout of its premises which respects the principle of moving forward and the HACCP system solidly implemented and maintained by a team of young professionals on site. CAJOU DU CENTER has been engaged in organic production and processing since 2019, the year in which it obtained its first EOS & NOP certificate issued by ECOCERT and which has been renewed every year until today.
As part of a dynamic of perfectionism, CAJOU DU CENTER has also been committed since 2023 to the implementation of the British Retail Consortium Global Standard (BRCGS) which is a global reference in food safety and obtained its first BRCGS certificate issued by AIB international, also renewed every year until today.
CAJOU DU CENTER is also developing beekeeping with 1,000 hives installed on its 553 hectares of cashew trees, thus boosting its cashew nut production thanks to bee-assisted pollination and by producing monofloral honey from the cashew tree and wax. certified organic (NOP & EOS) by ECOCERT.

He has a solid experience in industrial business management because apart from the agro-industrial sector where he has been involved for more than 5 years, he has also been for 20 years promoter and General Manager of three industrial production units of roof tiles in Togo, Benin and Niger.
